Take Steps to Change.

Sometimes the easiest way to share is to take a walk.  I call it “Walk & Talk Therapy.”

We will start our session at the office, where we can meet and walk from there.  Since my office is located in the Weatherford historic neighborhood, we have lots of great choices in the neighborhood or nearby park.

In the case of bad weather, we can bundle up and grab an umbrella or just have an in-office session.

My clients find this method to be a great alternative to a traditional in-office therapy session.
