I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I specialize in trauma therapy, anxiety, perinatal mental health, the unique emotional experiences that come with parenthood, and stressors related to chronic illness.

As a trained EMDR therapist, I help clients process trauma and regain a sense of safety and control. I also hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification, equipping me to support women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustments. Having been both a NICU mom myself and a hospital based counselor serving NICU families, I deeply understand the uncertainty, grief, and hope that can come with that journey.
