I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.

My practice focuses on two primary client populations: women experiencing perinatal challenges and the diverse needs of children and teens.

With a deep commitment to supporting women through the perinatal period, I bring both personal and professional experience to this work. I have served as a hospital-based counselor in a NICU for four years and am also a NICU mom myself. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification and am trained in EMDR therapy, allowing me to support women through fertility struggles, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum transitions, grief, and parenting stress. I understand the uncertainty, grief, and hope that can accompany the perinatal journey, and I create a compassionate space where healing can happen.

I also have 7 years of experience working with children and teens, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I use developmentally appropriate, creative approaches—such as play and art-based interventions—to help young clients express themselves and build coping skills. I work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that therapy supports the child within the context of the whole family.
